Beach Reads - Round II

My last post on beach reads was a big hit so I've decided to do another one.  If I am not looking shells at the beach, I am reading a book.  (Thank God for high tide or I would never be able to sit in my chair and relax)

This can be dark and graphic at times, but this book is fascinating.  The main character has OCD, which is very interesting to read about.  I cannot wait to read the rest of the books by this author!!

This was a great book! It takes place on Nantucket and follows the lives of several individuals one summer at a beach club.  She does a great job describing the beach club and the characters, you almost feel as if you are there!  I am on Elin Hilderbrand's 3rd book right now and plan on reading all of hers.

I love this whole series by Kate White and all of her other books as well!  Kate White is the editor-in-chief at Cosmopolitan, so with that being said you should know her books are good!

This is one of those books that you don't want to put down.  It's a great thriller.  It's about a man whose wife was murdered and he begins to receive clues that lead him to believe that maybe she's not really dead.  It's the first book I've read by Harlen Coben and I cannot wait to read more by him.

This book made its way around the blogosphere a couple of years ago, but in case you meant to read it, but still haven't, READ IT.  It is a book I still think about.  There is a quote in the book, you'll know which one it is if you've read it, that I think about all the time.  The movie was nothing compared to the book.  I am still mad the movie wasn't what it should've been!

If you have any good beach reads, send them my way!

Okay so I am totally writing all of these down and picking up a few at Barnes & Nobles this week! I'm headed to the beach next weekend and there is nothing I love more than a good read by the sea. Thanks so much!!
