I'm loving lots of things this week!

• I'm loving Ashton of Soulshine and I launched our new blog The Belles of Saturday this week!! A blog that's dedicated to our love of football #hurryupfootballseason 

• I'm loving that last night I had dinner with Sarah Elizabeth from We're Just Like You Only Prettier.  We had been trying to get together for a while and then I ended up winning her fabulous giveaway, so we did dinner last night and I got to pick up my painted cooler from her!! 

How awesome is that?!  And there was some EOS lipgloss in there and it's everything that people say and more. I busted open the package the minute I got in the car and tried it and I love it!

• I'm loving that this weekend I'm going to Charleston to see: Ashley of Run With Me, Megan of Fried Green Pickles, and Ashton!! Watch out Chuck Town, there's going to be some fun times had... 

 

• I'm loving that the Panthers looked about 198 times better in their first preseason game than we looked last year. Pretttty sure we got more touchdowns in this game than we got ALL last year... and I am officially a Cam Newton fan now.  He is STUD. (and when I say that, I mean he's a great athlete and a star QB. I'm falling in love with his sports skills, not him...)

 Him wearing those glasses cracks me up...Urkel anyone??

I'm loving that my birthday is next week and that I get to celebrate it at the beach!

I'm loving that a meet-up is in the works with Megan of Fried Green Pickles and Ashley of Run With Me.  This is going to be one. epic. weekend!! (Ashton - I hope to see you too!)

I'm loving that there are rumors that the NFL lockout might end next week. On my birthday. That would be the best birthday present ever! 

 I'm loving fresh cucumbers and vinegar.  This is a southern summer staple! I actually hate cucumbers plain, but put some apple cider vinegar on them and they are absolutely delicious.(Although most people only eat these in the summer months, I, no lie, eat them year round. Like 3 times a week... weird huh?)

I'm loving my Sonicare toothbrush and old school Crest Tarter Control toothpaste.  When I went to the dentist a few weeks ago, they told me my teeth didn't really even need to be cleaned! and that whatever I was doing was working.  I got an electric toothbrush for Christmas and I wish I had of had one at birth because they really do work wonders.  and I know that Crest Tarter Control toothpaste has been around since about 1982, but my teeth are for real are silky smooth all day. Even after 3 meals and quite a few snacks. I'm telling you, get some!

Today, for the very first time, I am linking up with Jamie for What I'm Loving Wednesday!

• I'm loving Scotty McCreery!! He's from Garner, NC, which is right beside Raleigh and the town I grew up in.  I grew up going there to shop (first Target I ever went in) and to eat (because my town had no restaurants then) so it's pretty exciting to see someone from Garner, NC on national TV!!  It was crazy around here on Saturday when he came home for his concert! Josh Turner even walked out on stage and surprised him during his concert!!  annnddd he's a NC State fan. Enough said!

•  I'm loving that I'm actually wearing my hair curly lately.  I always wear it straight and haven't worn it curly probably since January, but I've decided I need to give my locks a break from the brutal-ness of the straightener.  It can be my "summer look"

• I'm loving the massive email chat that I had with Ashley of Run With Me yesterday!  #yayfornewfriends

•  I'm loving that I'm going to the beach two weekends in a row!

• I'm loving that NCSU picked up a top basketball recruit yesterday.  He's from a high school in Raleigh (gotta love homegrown talent) and ohhh how we need him on our team....
