Sea and Southern Style - Stripes

I feel like nautical stripes are in every spring, but they seem to be MAJORLY in for this spring.  Take a walk into Ann Taylor Loft and you'll see what I mean.  They have at least 37 striped things you can see the moment you enter the store.  Below are some striped pieces from a few different places that I'm loving!

Sea and Southern Style - Ruffles and Outerwear

Judging by what I've came across in my internet stalking of fall clothing, I'm going to say that coats with ruffles on them are going to be in this winter.  I am not a real big fan of pink, but I am really loving the coat directly below.  Tell me that wouldn't add some brightness to a cloudy, rainy day!

Sea and Southern Style - Statement Necklaces

Lately I have been all about statement necklaces (although I feel like simple necklaces have been on a mega comeback...)  I got a few this past summer and wore the hech out of them and now I want some fall ones.   I just don't want to pay for a fortune for them since, after all, they are a "statement" and you can't wear them that often.

Below are a few I'm loving right now.  Where have you found good statement necklaces?

Ok, so this one really isn't fall colors, but I had to include it. I love it!

Sea and Southern Style - Chambray

In my internet browsing/shopping over the past month, I have noticed a trend that I'm really liking.... and it is....chambray! One of my blogging bff's, Buckhead Belle, noticed it as well when she posted this!  I worked in a children's boutique in high school and in college and noticed a lot of chambray blue dresses over the years for infants and children.  I always loved the look, so I'm really happy it's going to be easy to find this year for adults!

Below are a few favorite chambray pieces I've come across (I found so many I liked that Part II is coming tomorrow!)
