Hello! Today I am posting over at The Preppy Vegan, sharing one of my favorite summer recipies. While I'm vegetarian and not vegan, I am looking to cut back on the 14 lbs of cheddar cheese I eat a week... I was really excited to find The Preppy Vegan becuase I really need to become a vegetable-eating vegetarian. I am pretty much a carb-itarian now...
Check me out over there to get an idea of how it is to grow up a vegetarian in the meat-eating south. A hint...it's not easy :-)
(and just a side note... I totally do not care if people eat meat, I just never liked the taste of it, so I stopped eating it. I don't mind hunting either, afterall, I was raised in the counnn-try)

Ha, I could never be a vegetarian--carbitarian is about right!
