Today, I am happy to be linking up again with {av}, of {long distance loving}, for Friday's Fancies! This weekend will involve one of my most very favorite things...FOOTBALL!!
Tomorrow is our spring game and this is the third year it has been called the Kay Yow Spring Game in honor of our late women's basketball coach who fought a long, corageous battle with breast cancer. So instead of wearing RED like I normally would, I am going to wear PINK in honor of breast cancer. anddd get this, the Embers (a greattt beach music band) are going to be there!! There will also be a pig cooking contest and, of course, tailgating!
It is supposed to be raining and storming tomorrow so part of my friday fancying is going to be wishing for a miraculous change in the weather. I don't really feel like sitting in the rain tomorrow, buttt I suppose I will becuase we had some key seniors graduate and we're going to be starting a new QB (our beloved Russell Wilson still has eligibility but is playing baseball right now) and I am interested to see how his successor Glennon will do.
Anyways, enough of a football tangent for me this morning... Below is what I wish I were wearing tomorrow (I actually have no idea what I'll wear becuase I don't have much pink in my closet, it's all coral...) Instead of my normal gameday color combo of red and black, I would loveee to wear those pink and black flats tomorrow!
What are your plans for the weekend?
L Agence ruffle top, 83 GBP
J Brand boot cut jeans, $175
Bloch shoes, $165
Kate spade jewelry, $125

I love football in the spring! It is just enough to keep me satisfied until September. Love the outfit. That is such a great tribute to y'all's basketball coach. I little jealous about the Embers. I love a good beach music band. I will be seeing the Swingin' Medallions in May when they come to my hometown. I know you will gave a great time on tomorrow!
P.S. How can we arrange for USC-NCState to play each other again in the coming seasons?
